Environmental
While delivering the world’s leading cyber risk analytics is our mission, we believe we have a responsibility to minimise the energy, carbon, water, and waste impacts of our business. As a result, we strive to reduce environmental impacts across the full life cycle of our operation, and integrate environmental stewardship in everything we do.
Air travel reduction and offset
Our team is encouraged to take low carbon alternatives to air travel, and where air travel is necessary and eligible, we undertake United’s carbon tracking and profiling availabilities.Supply chain auditing

Evertreen x CyberCube
We have partnered with Evertreen to plant 737 trees for our estimated carbon tonnage output from 2023. We endeavour to work towards tracking Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions in future.
These figures were calculated as a combination, but not limited to:
- Industry averages for office/home energy usage
- Corporate travel from source United Airlines and industry estimation
- Our software vendors estimated carbon tonnage

We aim to actively assess and consider both our internal and external social impact by focusing on employee welfare as well as diversity, equity and inclusion in the broader societal landscape.
Fostering a diverse talent pool
We measure diversity metrics and constantly assess ways to improve them.
We source diverse talent from non-traditional paths and best working practices.
We provide extensive mental health, parental leave, reproductive and gender-affirming healthcare.
Maintaining cultural integrity as we expand
Employees provide feedback with formal mechanisms on cultural issues in 360 feedback sessions with their managers.
Our core values are rewarded to all employees via our employee rewards system, and our company goal setting based around those values.
Community involvement & engagement
Volunteering CyberCube expertise to universities & educational events.
Employees are encouraged and supported with two days paid leave for volunteer work, and CyberCube sponsored days in local offices.
Governance
We aim to embed ethical decision-making, policies and stakeholder inclusivity into the DNA of CyberCube, setting an example for responsible business practice.
