What is the best thing about working at CyberCube?
The best thing about working at CyberCube is the people. Each individual brings a different level of expertise to the company.
With that comes a lot of support, room for growth, and the opportunity to leverage each person's expertise. Everyone is always happy to help.
What has surprised you most about working at CyberCube?
What surprised me the most is the "work hard, play hard" mentality.
Everyone is incredibly supportive, and you build strong bonds with your colleagues because you work so closely together.
There’s also a great social element—enjoying time with your colleagues both within and outside of work.
What do you hope to accomplish at CyberCube?
I hope to bring my expertise into the company and help CyberCube grow from a sales perspective.
At the same time, I want to support the growth and development of individuals, enabling them to be the best they can be, which will also help me achieve my own potential.
What advice would you give to new CyberCubers?
My advice is to throw yourself into it. Many people within the company are happy to help.
The key is to leverage the people and resources available, take advantage of the supportive environment, and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
