I am Jennifer.
I am a Sales Development Representative, and I have been at CyberCube for just about two months now.

What is the best thing about working at CyberCube?

I think the best thing about working at CyberCube is the people. It’s one of our values, and it’s the sense of community that is instilled in this company.
What CyberCube does is push you to try and do your best work in your career, along with providing you with the resources that allow you to do that. And I think that’s something that’s really incredible.

What has surprised you most about working at CyberCube?

I think how organized everyone is and how collective we are as a team.
We are all siloed in our own divisions, but even in just two months, I’ve had the chance to speak with everyone across all the divisions.
That’s something unique to CyberCube. In larger companies, you don’t get the privilege of interacting with product, marketing, and everyone else. It’s nice to have such a tight-knit community.

What do you hope to accomplish at CyberCube?

One thing I hope to accomplish at CyberCube is to grow my knowledge within insurance and cybersecurity.
These are both booming industries, and not having been in either industry before, it’s exciting and new to learn about.
I really want to grow my skills as a Sales Development Representative, help generate the pipeline, and foster the community.

What advice would you give to new CyberCubers?

As a new CyberCuber, my advice is to meet everyone and not be shy.
Everyone can answer all your questions, and everyone is super helpful and wants you to succeed.
You can ask the same question over and over again, and while everyone’s answer might be a little different, it really helps you soak in what we’re doing here as a company.
